We are so grateful for John and Chrissi! They were communicative, kind, and took great care of our dog, Chaga. He was even disappointed that they were gone when we returned (and he is very loyal to us!) The house was sparkling -- possibly cleaner than we left it when we returned. We would be lucky to have them back!

They watched my special needs dog Ramona (she was blind and also had neurological issues) when my husband and I went on a trip, and they took wonderful care of her. I was very impressed how patient they were with Ramona, very caring and loving, and I trusted them implicitly. And Ramona was very comfortable with them. I wish they were still in New York to take care of my other "child" Esther. I recommend them without hesitation.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible care John and Chrissi provided for our two dogs while we were away for three weeks. Their communication was excellent, they kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind. They made sure our dogs had plenty of attention, exercise, and love, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared. On top of that, they left our home spotless!! We feel really lucky to have had such great petsitters and would have them back anytime!

If you are lucky enough to get John and Chrissy available for your needs- GRAB them! This was our first experience with the system and we could not be more happy. Dougal was so well taken care of. We had regular updates, photos, fantastic communication and came home to a clean home with sheets and towels all washed and nothing out of place! Honestly could not tell they’d been at the house. I’m not sure Dougal noticed we’d gone! They even had to do a vet check and were awesome! Thank you , John and Chrissy."

John and Chrissi were wonderful guests and exceptional pet sitters -- I recommend them without reservation (you'll be lucky to have them care for your pets!). They were communicative and open before and during our trip -- while we were away, we checked in regularly and they shared sweet and funny photos and updates. They were patient, kind and compassionate with our very nervous and shy cats (in fact, Chrissi and John easily won them over!). And they were so thoughtful and helpful in making our arrival back home easy; they left our house completely spotless and even made sure we had something to eat when we arrived. I already have my fingers crossed that John and Chrissi will be available the next time we go away -- I would love to invite them back again!

John and Chrissi were A++. From the moment we had our first Zoom, we felt instantly at ease and confident that they are serious dog lovers and people with 100 percent integrity and commitment to the job. They stayed with Scarlett and Luca for almost a month -- and this was our very first sit with them -- that's how sure we were about them. They were instantly and consistently responsive. They communicated with us just as we asked of them and clearly enjoyed being with and caring for our dogs. Because they were so experienced and emanated a sense of quiet but rock solid confidence in their abilities, we felt comfortable leaving to their judgement when/if to let the dogs off leash on the trails, which was important to us.
Furthermore, we came home to an immaculate house, preceded by an offer to do grocery shopping for us. They left comprehensive notes sharing their thoughts and all matters of follow up. Something in the house broke that was not their fault and they replaced it without being asked. John and Chrissi are total pros. But just as importantly, they are wholesome, kind, extremely respectful house caretakers. We would be thrilled to have them back, and we know Luca and Scarlett would be too!

Best experience ever. This is one of those moments where you're scared to leave a review for fear of sending too much additional business their way and not being able to book in the future :) John and his girlfriend are the PERFECT sitters. Zuri recently became epileptic, so we were nervous to leave her with others for the first time, but they made it so easy. Let me elaborate: 1. It's very comforting to have a couple care for your dog. They both work from home as well, so that helps too. Lots of extra hands to help out, two brains to remember all the care guidelines, and an extra layer of accountability. 2. John and Chrissi are two of the best humans on this earth. They are kind, sweet, thoughtful, and beautiful people. If anyone should be caring for your dog, it's them. 3. Communication was impeccable (before, during, after, etc) - we got a few updates per day (not too disruptive on our vacation, but just enough that we would never worry). They always made sure to clarify any concerns about Zuri or the apartment. 4. They left our place cleaner than when they arrived. I repeat, cleaner than when they arrived. So incredibly lucky to come home from traveling and arrive to a spotless apartment with fresh sheets & towels. I don't know what we ever did to deserve them. Indisputably the best NYC sitters.
